NRT Grant

The New Relationship Trust (NRT) has partnered with IICF to deliver the Entrepreneur Equity-Matching Initiative. This initiative will assist BC First Nation entrepreneurs with Three (3) streams of equity-matching grants.

Stream 1

EARLY STAGE

• Entrepreneur Applicant can receive non-repayable funding for activities or initiatives that promote, support, or enhance early-stage in First Nation community or traditional territory. Available to any first time Applicants.​

• Be able to Match 30% of Equity Grant Client Equity Match $2,250.00

• Maximum Grant $7,500

Stream 2

STEADY GROWTH

• Entrepreneur Applicant can receive non-repayable funding for activities to support the growth of business, that has been in operations for at least 2 years, to provide additional support towards business continuity.​

• Be able to Match 50% of Equity Grant Client Equity Match $4,000​

• Maximum Grant $8,000

Stream 3

FAST GROWTH

• Entrepreneur Applicant can receive non-repayable funding for activities to support innovative growth and or expansion of business that has been in operation for at least 3 years, to support enhanced growth, resiliency and cultivate competitive advantage.​

• Be able to Match 70% of Equity Grant Client Equity Match $7,000​
